5. Load characteristics

  • Stability

    Particular attention needs to be paid to the stability and cohesion of loads when planning trailer train services.

    Indeed, although the speed of travel is limited, as are acceleration and deceleration, shocks and jolts, the driver does not have the possibility of adapting his driving style in tricky passages, as he does when carrying the load on the forks.

    Where necessary, special tray fittings and securing devices should be provided.

  • Dimensions

    If you need to transport loads of considerable size or height, don't hesitate to have your trailer custom-built. In this case, too, you need to be sure of the supplier's experience.
