5. Operating

Operating a network is the implementation by its players and members of the techniques needed to circulate flows, with a view to achieving the results targets set by marketing. The aim is to achieve an optimum balance between costs and the highest possible level of quality, without which it would be illusory to seek to develop sales.

5.1 Objectives
