4. Conclusion
In this article, we have shown that APS offers a solution to the problems of plan synchronization traditionally encountered in traditional systems. MRP II.
Nevertheless, the tools used to draw up these plans pose the problem of the robustness of this planning. Uncertainty is addressed by APS systems in the same way as MRP II.
Today APS is limited to finding mathematical models for its customers to determine "optimal" plans. However, the robustness of these plans is just as important.
An optimal solution for a scenario is not usable if it becomes inefficient at the slightest change in parameters. This will lead to higher costs. All the more so as, at the tactical level, decisions have a lead time of several periods,...
